How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can use Anchor Pro for 14 days completely free. You won't be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime within the trial period to avoid being charged.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, the change is immediate. If you downgrade, it takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the link provided in your email invoice. Your Premium access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. For new monthly subscriptions, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days of purchase, and for new annual subscriptions, we offer a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase. Beyond these periods, refunds are granted at our sole discretion (or as required by applicable law). Generally, we do not offer refunds for partial months or years of service.
